What we collect

Three things, all behavioral — nothing you type into the site, because the site has no forms.

Microsoft Clarity (session replay and heatmaps): mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, page DOM for replay reconstruction, browser, operating system, device class, navigation between pages, and JavaScript errors. Form input fields and dropdowns are always masked by Clarity. Email addresses and numbers are additionally masked under Microsoft's default Balanced mode, which is the mode this site uses.
Vercel Web Vitals (performance metrics): page-load timings and Core Web Vitals via an anonymous browser fingerprint. Vercel Analytics sets no cookies.
Standard server logs (Vercel edge): IP address, user-agent, referer, requested URL. Retained per Vercel's privacy policy.

What we do not collect

No accounts, no logins, no forms. The "Request a Quote" buttons open the visitor's own email client; nothing is sent through this site.
No PII through the site itself. Email content sent directly to joshua@frontrangemarking.com is handled per email-correspondence retention, not site analytics.
No CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information). Do not send CUI through the public website or via unencrypted email. Contracts requiring CUI handling are conducted out-of-band per the applicable DFARS 252.204-7012 / NIST SP 800-171 controls.

Cookies

Microsoft Clarity sets the cookies listed below. Vercel Analytics sets none. The canonical, current list is published by Microsoft at learn.microsoft.com/clarity/clarity-cookies.

_clck — Clarity, first-party. Stable Clarity user identifier and preferences.
_clsk — Clarity, first-party. Session stitching across page loads.
MUID, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, SM — Clarity, third-party via clarity.ms. Microsoft session continuity and anti-fraud.

Sub-processors

Microsoft Corporation processes Clarity data on Microsoft Azure. For non-EEA visitors, data is hosted in the United States. Retention: standard recordings 30 days, sampled or favorited recordings up to 13 months, heatmaps 13 months. Microsoft's privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com.

Vercel Inc. hosts the site and provides Web Vitals analytics. Vercel's privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Your choices

Browser controls. Block third-party cookies, or install a tracker-blocking extension (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, etc.). Both reliably stop Clarity from loading.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). Clarity honors GPC headers, so supported browsers and extensions automatically opt visitors out.
Industry opt-out. The Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page covers Microsoft and other ad-related cookies: optout.aboutads.info.
Do Not Track (DNT). Clarity does not honor the legacy DNT header. Use GPC, browser controls, or a tracker blocker instead.

Data retention

Clarity recordings: 30 days standard, up to 13 months for sampled or favorited recordings. Clarity heatmaps: 13 months. Vercel server logs and Web Vitals: per Vercel's policy. Email correspondence sent to joshua@frontrangemarking.com is retained per business need and any applicable contract terms.

Federal-buyer notes

This site is a public marketing and capability-statement page. It is not a system of record for Federal Contract Information (FCI) or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
SAM registration (UEI K72KW9ZXWF44) and CAGE (1ZYB4) are public records on SAM.gov; references to them on this site duplicate the public registration.
DFARS 252.204-7012 and NIST SP 800-171 controls govern any contract data handled by Front Range Marking under award. This public marketing site is outside that scope.
