All five label families are available for production. One is stocked in-house for immediate run; the other four ship from authorized Zebra distribution (The ZPS Store, typically 1–3 business days), so the quoted lead time reflects distributor turnaround plus production. Zero minimum order on either path.

Z-Ultimate 4000T white matte polyester

In stock

UL-recognized white matte polyester. The shop's standard substrate for indoor MIL-STD-130 IUID labels, asset tags, and equipment identification. Chemical-, solvent-, and abrasion-resistant. Rated −40°F to 300°F.

Z-Ultimate 4000T silver matte polyester

Sourced on order

Silver matte sister substrate to the white. Visually closer to a metal nameplate for buyers who specify a silver finish for IUID or fixed-asset labels. Same UL recognition and durability profile as the white.

Z-Xtreme 4000T outdoor polyester

Sourced on order

Multi-layer polyester rated 5+ years outdoors. UV, chemical (acetone-class), and abrasion resistant. High-tack permanent adhesive built for powder-coated metal, textured plastics, and weathered industrial surfaces.

Use: outdoor utility, marine, vehicle, lumber, equipment ID · Ribbon: Zebra 5095 resin

Z-Supreme 4000T polyimide

Sourced on order

Polyimide film rated to 500°F continuous and 1000°F for short exposures. Chemical- and solder-flux-resistant. The substrate of choice for PCB labeling and other electronics applications inside DoD and aerospace programs.

8000T tamper-evident / Z-Destruct

Security seals that reveal tampering on removal — either with a visible “VOID” pattern, residue retention, or destructible polyethylene. Built for property-book seals, calibration seals, and federal accountability audit trails.
